Carbon Steel Flange  ZY-LOC  is new connection way of high pressure pipelines. ZY-LOC has broken through the traditional seal way for the connection of high pressure pipelines as the seal part bears not only the intensity also the seal. But in the traditional seal way the intensity of the seal part is not matching with the intensity of the pipeline materials .

Carbon Steel Flange  ZY-LOC  has made that the intensity of the connection part is stronger than the intensity of the materials of the pipeline through separating the functions of bearing the intensity and also the seal by the conventional seal part completely.

Carbon Steel Flange  ZY-LOC  consists of four parts mainly. There are one metallic seal ring, two hubs, a pair of clamps and four sets of bolts .

The strongpoint of self-sealing flanges is comparing with conventional flanges:

1.The size is reduced in same work conditions and the weld neck is shortened.

2.More light, save space , more compact of the structure
